This stunning 17th Century Medieval Manor House is nestled in the timeless Cotswold village, in the heart of Shakespeare country. Exquisitely furnished, the property exudes the charm of its period next to luxurious, modern trimmings.

- Bedrooms: Five bedrooms across 3 floors: The First Floor: The master bedroom is a kingsize double en suite; then there is a kingsize double and a queensize double that share a family bathroom. On the Second Floor, there is a family bedroom with a double and a single bed as well as a single bedroom that share a family bathroom.
- For relaxation: Kick back in the sitting room or study; soak in the claw-foot bathtubs
- For recreation: Tennis court, small gym and games room
- Practicalities: Fully-stocked bar in the library/lounge bar

Set amidst two acres of lush gardens, the manor boasts its own tennis court, cricket pitch, traditional knot garden, orchard, wildflower meadow and organic vegetable garden.

The house is available on a self-catering basis although there is a fabulous chef in the village who can be hired for special occasions.
- DIY: A large olde English style kitchen includes an old-fashioned cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and larder. The dining room seats 10 or more people.
- In-house cuisine: Quality Cotswold meals delivered to your door from £12.95 per person for a buffet and desert; gourmet menu or hiring a chef for the evening from £19.50 per person for 3 courses.
- Eating out: A number of cosy, traditional pubs serving hearty country fare include a village pub within walking distance; the recently refurbished George Hotel in Shipston-on-Stour; The Howard Arms, Ilmington; The Churchill Arms, Paxford; The Fox & Goose, Armscote; The Fox, Oddington
